Write to hello.whatsuitsme@gmail.com. There is no contact form, because a form would mean collecting and storing your details on a server, and this site is built so that it does not hold anything about you.

Replies usually take two to three working days.

What to include

• A result that looks wrong: tell us which tool, which route you used (photo, camera, tape or questions), what it said, and what you believe is correct. Please do not send a photograph of yourself; we cannot use it and would rather not receive it.
• A factual correction: the page, the sentence, and the source that shows it is wrong. Corrections with a source attached get fixed fastest.
• An accessibility problem: the page, your browser or screen reader, and what did not work. These are treated as bugs, not suggestions.
• A privacy request: which right you are exercising. Note that most results can be deleted yourself, in one click, from the saved results page.

Press, advertising and partnerships

Use the same address and say what it is about in the subject line. Editorial coverage cannot be bought, and a paid placement will never appear inside a tool result. Anything commercial that does run is labelled.

What we cannot do

We cannot give personal styling consultations, assess a photograph for you, or advise on anything medical, dermatological or optical. The tools and guides are the whole of what this site offers.
