By using WhatSuitsMe you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms apply to every visitor; there is no account to create and no separate contract to sign.

What the site provides

This site provides free interactive tools and written guidance about personal appearance and styling. Every output is guidance and an estimate. It is not a measurement, a diagnosis, or professional advice of any kind. The disclaimer page sets this out in more detail and forms part of these terms.

The tools are provided as they are. We aim to keep them accurate and available, but we do not promise that any tool will be uninterrupted, error free, or correct for your particular case.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or any connected system.
• Do not scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the content or data without written permission. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine and welcome.
• Do not upload any image of a person who has not agreed to it. Images are processed only on your own device, but the responsibility for having the right to use a photograph is yours.

Intellectual property

The written guides, the tool logic, the data tables and the design of this site belong to WhatSuitsMe or are used under licence. You may use the site freely for your own personal purposes, including saving or printing your own results. You may not reproduce the content commercially without permission.

Third-party names, brands and trademarks mentioned in guidance belong to their owners and are used descriptively only. Their mention is not an endorsement in either direction.

Advertising and affiliate links

The site may carry display advertising and retailer links that earn a commission in the future. Advertising is currently disabled. Any commercial links will be identified where they appear, and commercial relationships will not influence tool calculations or allow a retailer to buy placement in a result.

We are not responsible for the content, products, prices or practices of any third-party site you reach from here. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or anything on it. That includes any purchase you make, any haircut you get, or any other decision you take after using a tool here.
